St. Patrick's Day Roundup

St. Patrick's Day Food and Treats

St Patrick's Day is one week from today, and is one of my favorite holidays because you can wear green, and eat and drink green food and beverages. Green is my favorite color, too.  You see my husband is 50% Irish, and we have a lot of Corned Beef and Cabbage around this time.  If you need some ideas for your St Patrick's Day celebration, I have a roundup for you for your for main dishes to desserts to beverages. Even if you aren't Irish, Everybody is Irish on St. Patrick's Day.

In order left to right, top to bottom

“May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And the rain fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again
May God hold you in the palm of his hand”

― Irish Blessings

  1. I can't believe it's St. Patrick's day right around the corner. I was thinking about you this weekend, because I really need to start on that book. Hope you guys had a good weekend. A little birdie told me you have a bday coming up soon.

    1. Gina,
Sound like you are busy with your parents' 50th party. To me it was like planning a small wedding, when I planned my Mom and Dad's party. Your little birdie would be right. We ahven't even seen a robin yet.

      Hugs
